About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our Metro Field Group as a Field Service Coordinator based at our Clayton branch.

This challenging front-line position will suit someone with strong customer service and heavy machinery industry experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Booking and scheduling work in progress
  • Providing clear, accurate and timely information for job progress
  • Coordinating, scheduling and allocation of jobs to our technicians
  • Managing invoices to ensure pricing and product/machine component details are clear
  • Effectively liaising with other departments to deliver effective solutions

About You

You will utilise your knowledge gained from your industry-related background and pride yourself on outstanding customer service, as well as your organisational skills.

To be successful in this role, you will require the following skills and attributes:

  • Ability to develop and maintain long-term internal and external relationships
  • Capable to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively within a high-pressure environment
  • Effective communication and collaboration skills
  • Coordination experience within a similar industry
  • A strong commitment to safety, health & environment procedures
