Project Manager, Distribution Operations

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to lead targeted change initiatives and improve critical business processes across distribution operations in APAC. The successful candidate will collaborate with distribution teams, functional colleagues, project team members, and sponsors to identify improvement opportunities, develop and execute plans, monitor progress, and drive delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Manage multiple distribution projects to meet business and corporate goals and objectives.
- Assist in the preparation of business cases to initiate projects.
- Establish requirements with customers and key stakeholders.
- Assist with the development and management of project budgets and schedules.
- Establish roles, responsibilities, and competencies required for the project.
- Develop an overall project plan including risk assessments and communication plans.
- Establish organization and governance structures to deliver project objectives.
- Effectively lead teams to meet project deliverables.
- Communicate project goals and overall impact effectively with stakeholders.
- Conduct lessons learned for projects and apply learnings to future initiatives.
- 3-5 years minimum project management experience.
- Project Management skills and methodology.
- Experience managing small-medium sized and/or complex projects.
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of processes and tools for managing all phases of a project.
- Able to coordinate multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience working in a cross-functional team environment.
- Good understanding of distribution operations.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Strong negotiation, presentation, listening, and communication skills.
- Project management certification.
- Experience with Oracle or comparable ERP systems.
- Certified Lean 6 Sigma Green (or Black Belt).
This role will be performed in a hybrid work environment. Some travel throughout the Asia-Pacific region is expected. Physical demands include desk work and occasionally handling product and equipment in a warehouse environment.
