We are seeking an exceptional Hotel Manager to join our team at Oaks Hervey Bay Resort and Spa. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the day-to-day operations of the hotel, ensuring high-quality standards, and driving revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage the front office, maintenance, and housekeeping departments to maintain a high level of service and quality.
  • Develop and implement strategic revenue plans to increase sales and market share.
  • Identify areas for improvement and develop procedures to enhance efficiency and profitability.
  • Lead and motivate staff to achieve a high-performing team culture and maintain excellent guest relationships.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated operational and financial management experience in a hotel environment.
  • Strategic business acumen and commercial knowledge.
  • A proven track record of maintaining excellent product and service standards while maximizing revenue and minimizing expenses.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A strong commitment to continuous improvement and learning.
