About the Role

This role is a key position within MSS Security, responsible for managing security operations in a state or region. The Service Support Manager will provide leadership and direction to field staff, ensuring continuous quality service delivery to customers in the most cost-effective and efficient way.

  • Key Responsibilities:
    • Lead and manage a team of security professionals
    • Conduct site visits to ensure compliance and quality service delivery
    • Develop and implement strategies to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
    • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to achieve business objectives

Requirements

  • Current SA Security and Drivers Licence
  • Proven experience in leading teams and managing security operations
  • General understanding of HSE, HR, and QA processes
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
