**Terminal Leadership Opportunity**

Our organization seeks a seasoned leader to oversee the daily operations of a busy terminal, providing guidance and supervision to terminal operators.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in safety and experience in leading, coaching, and motivating teams in fast-paced environments.

The successful candidate will be responsible for implementing and improving safe working practices, enhancing operational efficiency, and driving cultural change within the terminal.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading and supervising a safety-focused team, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and policy standards.
  • Developing and maintaining the knowledge, skills, and attributes required of the team, focusing on coaching, mentoring, and safety.
  • Coordinating the implementation and communication of organizational, divisional, and local instructions, assessing team members through performance and safety observations.
  • Building excellent relationships with customers (internal and external) and identifying/implementing improved business solutions.

Requirements include experience in a similar leadership role, a strong safety background, and qualifications in Transport, Logistics, or Business Management. Additionally, excellent communication and influencing skills at all levels are essential.
