About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Data Strategist to join our team at Mane Consulting. As a key member of our data and analytics practice, you will play a critical role in helping our clients drive business growth through data-driven decision making.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 years' experience in digital media analytics, with expertise in advanced SQL, Cloud tools, and statistical analysis tools such as R or Python. You will be responsible for setting up and managing reporting structures for operational metrics across marketing, supporting marketing functions, and leading teams in interpreting campaign results and brand performance health metrics.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement strategic and analytical components of program planning phases, client marketing, and measurement frameworks.
  • Set up and manage reporting structures for operational metrics across marketing, ensuring timely and accurate insights.
  • Support marketing functions including digital performance, CRM, brand, PR, and Social Media, providing expert advice on data-driven strategies.
  • Lead marketing teams in interpreting campaign results, brand performance health metrics, and identifying opportunities for improved marketing effectiveness and growth.
  • Partner with local Analytics CoE to tackle strategic challenges and develop innovative solutions.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years' experience in digital media analytics, with a strong background in statistics and data analysis.
  • Advanced SQL skills, with experience working with Cloud tools such as Google Cloud Platform.
  • Proficient in statistical analysis tools such as R or Python, with knowledge of Hadoop (Pig, Hive, and/or Spark/Scala) an advantage.
  • Experience with APIs of third-party vendors for data extraction and management within SAAS platforms.
  • Strong digital acumen, with hands-on experience in measurement, performance, and optimization tools.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to distil complex analyses into actionable recommendations.

What We Offer
