Job Title

Senior Support Worker opportunity available to provide high-quality care and support to seniors in our residential aged care homes.

As a key member of our multi-disciplinary team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the wellbeing of our residents and making a positive impact on their lives.

About the Role
  • Deliver exceptional person-centred care to residents, promoting dignity, respect, and choice.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve seamless care delivery and improve resident outcomes.
  • Ensure accurate documentation of resident care and progress, contributing to effective care planning.
Requirements
  • Certificate III/IV in Individual Support or equivalent qualification.
  • Current First Aid Certificate (or willing to obtain).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as an individual and within a team.
