Senior Support Worker Opportunity

We are seeking a compassionate and empathetic Senior Support Worker to join our team in delivering exceptional care and support to vulnerable individuals. As a key member of our Residential Care team, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our residents.

Your primary responsibility will be to provide high-quality personal care that meets the unique needs and preferences of each resident. This will involve working collaboratively with residents, their families, and other healthcare professionals to develop personalized care plans that promote independence, wellbeing, and dignity.

To succeed in this role, you will require excellent communication skills, the ability to work efficiently using technology, and experience in providing individualized support. Qualifications in individual support or related fields are highly desirable, but not essential.

  • Key Responsibilities:
