Leadership Opportunity in ICU

As an Associate Nurse Unit Manager in our Intensive Care Unit, you will have the opportunity to step into a leadership role and make a real difference in the lives of our patients.
The successful candidate will possess excellent interpersonal and customer service skills, as well as a strong clinical knowledge and experience in ICU.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a learning culture to ensure continuous improvement.
- Build and maintain professional working relationships with colleagues.
- Provide operational direction for the unit.
- Be accountable for effective daily management of human, financial, and material resources.
- Drive clinical audits and quality improvement initiatives.
- Undertake direct patient care as required.
- Mentor staff members.
Selection Criteria:
- Current AHPRA registration.
- Working with Children check (if applicable).
- Previous ANUM or clinical nurse specialist experience in ICU (desirable).
- Sound clinical knowledge and understanding.
- Minimum 3 years of clinical experience.
- Compliance with ACQSHC National standards.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Positive role modeling behaviors.
- Excellent time management and prioritization skills.
