Nurse Leader

We are seeking experienced and motivated Team Leaders to join our team in delivering high-quality medical care at a Residential Aged Care Facility.
Key Responsibilities:- Providing high-quality medical care, including assessing residents' health conditions, monitoring vital signs, and managing medications and treatments.
- Undertaking or supervising others to undertake clinical care for individual residents as required, including complex wound care, pain management, behaviour management, end-of-life care, and other clinical procedures.
- Liaising with relevant residential care staff, medical, allied health, hospital, and other specialist health practitioners to ensure residents receive high-level clinical care.
- Current registration as a Registered Nurse with the Nursing and Midwifery Board of Australia administered through the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency.
- Recent experience in caring for high-care and dementia residents.
- Knowledge of wound care, palliative care, behaviour management, clinical assessments, and care plans.
