Job Title: Deputy Head Of Boutique

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced leader to join our team as Deputy Head Of Boutique. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving the standards and image of the brand through visual merchandising, boutique maintenance, and staff presentation.

This is an exceptional opportunity to work with a global luxury fashion house that offers a customer experience unparalleled in the industry. You will have the chance to drive the vision and strategy of our boutique, inspiring and mentoring our fashion advisors to deliver exceptional results.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing a larger team (around 30) and possess strong retail operational skills, including at least 5 years in a management role. They will also have excellent problem-solving skills, a calm demeanor, and strong interpersonal skills to engage and motivate their team.

  • Drive the standards and image of the brand through visual merchandising, boutique maintenance, and staff presentation
  • Manage and inspire Fashion advisors by being a role model
  • Mentor, coach, and actively participate in their professional development
  • Analyse and interpret trends to facilitate planning and targeting new customer markets
  • Proven track record of effectively managing a larger team around 30
  • Strong retail operational skills with at least 5 years in the management role
  • Excellent problem-solving skills with a calm demeanour
