Key Human Resources Role for a Growing Luxury Fashion House

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Human Resources Generalist to join our team in Docklands, Victoria.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a HR professional to work in a dynamic and creative environment where people and culture are at the heart of what we do. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing day-to-day support and assistance to management, including onboarding and offboarding processes, payroll administration, and ensuring compliance with relevant legislation.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a similar role, be highly organized, and possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You will be proactive, able to multitask, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
  • Assisting with employee onboarding and offboarding processes, including coordination with external IT services
  • Providing administrative support to the finance team with payroll and benefits administration
  • Maintaining accurate HR records and ensuring compliance requirements are met
  • Supporting managers with day-to-day HR queries, performance support, and leave approvals
Qualifications
  • Degree or diploma in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 2 years of experience in a HR generalist or operations role
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with ability to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with ability to build rapport with staff at all levels
