Leadership Opportunity in Electrical Supervision

About This Role

This is a hands-on leadership position responsible for overseeing electrical operations across the region. Key priorities include safety, quality, and mentorship.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert electrical advice to field staff, contractors, and external stakeholders.
  • Oversee and support the delivery of electrical construction, maintenance, and upgrade works.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, Australian Standards, and safety systems.
  • Conduct regular site inspections and WHS audits.
  • Support the delivery of minor air-conditioning and refrigeration installations.
  • Coordinate training and performance development of apprentices and electrical staff.
Requirements
  • Holding a current Queensland Electrical Work Licence – Mechanic or Fitter/Mechanic.
  • Demonstrated experience in domestic and commercial electrical installations.
  • Possessing a current General Safety Induction (Construction White Card).
  • Current CPR and Low Voltage Rescue certification.
  • A valid Queensland "C" Class Driver's Licence.

The successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring compliance and guiding teams while promoting a positive work culture.
