We are seeking an exceptional senior professional to take the lead in managing our Melbourne business. As part of this leadership position, you will have the opportunity to drive growth and development within Water Infrastructure.

Your key responsibilities will include:

- Identifying and delivering high-impact water infrastructure projects
- Contributing to the expansion of our team through strategic client relationship management and business development initiatives
- Managing the commercial performance of the team
- Effectively leading and developing the team to ensure optimal performance, resourcing, and retention
- Providing input to projects at a project management and/or review level to achieve reliable project performance in terms of timeliness and quality

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

- A tertiary qualification in Engineering
- 10+ years' industry experience in Water Infrastructure
- Proven expertise in delivering technical projects within a consultancy environment both in a Design and Project management capacity.
- The ability to develop compelling proposals with accurate scope and budget
- Expertise in submitting high-quality technical reports requiring minimal correction; and providing final review of reports
