Salary: $80,000 - $100,000 per annum (dependent on experience).

Job Description: We are seeking an inspirational and dynamic Assistant Store Manager to support the Store Manager in leading our team of Sales Associates. The ideal candidate will have proven supervisory, coaching, and retail operations skills gained in a fast-paced retail environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the Store Manager in achieving sales and customer service targets.
  • Coach and develop Sales Associates to reach their full potential.
  • Manage retail operations including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
  • Provide inspirational, authentic, and personalized customer service.


Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Proven retail experience preferably within cosmetics.
  • Previous supervisory experience with a proven track record of coaching/mentoring others.
  • Retail operations experience including inventory management and cash reconciliation.
  • Ability to work retail hours including days, nights, weekends, and special events in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Previous experience with retail point-of-sale software.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office.
