Financial Operations Specialist

Job Description:

As a seasoned professional, we are seeking an experienced Financial Operations Specialist to join our high-performing Credit Team. This dynamic role involves developing and maintaining strong customer relationships, monitoring assigned retail customer accounts, and preparing monthly collections strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain positive customer relationships through timely communication and negotiation.
  • Monitor and analyze customer account activity to minimize past dues and ensure timely payments.
  • Prepare comprehensive collections strategies and review customer payment trends to inform decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and identify opportunities for improvement.
  • Partner with stakeholders to manage customer residual debts following loan foreclosures.
  • Monitor transactions and customer interactions for suspicious activity.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in debt recovery and financial operations.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently.
  • Demonstrated stakeholder management capability and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills.
