Global Cargo Manager

Key Responsibilities: As a seasoned international cargo operations professional, you will oversee the management of international volumes processed through the Sydney Bonded facility. Your primary duties include managing clearance and outturn activities to ensure compliance with safety standards, driving processing efficiencies, and securing volume for last mile delivery.
You will collaborate closely with internal stakeholders and external partners to maintain agility, alignment, and commercial competitiveness in a dynamic global market.
The ideal candidate will possess extensive expertise in international cargo operations and a strong understanding of customs regulations, bonded facility procedures, and the technologies that drive operational efficiency.
Required Skills and Qualifications:- Supervision: Manage day-to-day operations, including cargo retrieval, clearance, and last mile injection in alignment with network teams.
- Transport Management: Oversee transport allocations and lead the warehouse team to ensure consistent service delivery across all gateways.
- Compliance: Ensure compliance with 77G regulations and all relevant border authority requirements.
- Process Improvement: Support the implementation of new systems and products to improve processing efficiency.
- Reporting: Deliver weekly SLA reporting, ensure infrastructure is maintained, and drive 100% scan and security compliance.
