About the Role

The Gaming Services Host position is a key role in delivering exceptional customer experiences across our gaming floor and private gaming areas. As a Gaming Services Host, you will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service through proactive engagement with our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively approach and greet guests, introducing yourself and offering assistance.
  • Promote and provide feedback on customer-related service programs.
  • Implement and deliver service excellence through the effective use of the Star Qualities.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to achieve established service standards and repeat business.
  • Provide guidance and instructions on game selection, rules, and gameplay.
  • Ensure gaming areas are consistently clean, organized, and well-maintained.
  • Monitor gaming activities for compliance with our establishment's policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and requests professionally and efficiently.
  • Complete new membership sign-ups and membership reactivation.
  • Inform customers about leisure and entertainment options, including restaurants, menus, and booking procedures.
  • Assist the marketing department in related activities, including promotions, tournaments, draws, and rewards programs.
What We're Looking For
  • Experience in a guest service-related field.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Computer literacy essential.
  • Exposure to hospitality or gaming environment desirable.
  • RSA qualification mandatory for Level 5 Sovereign Room Duties.
