Job Summary:

The Commissionaire Ambassador is responsible for providing exceptional service to guests, ensuring a seamless and memorable experience at Sofitel. This role requires a high level of professionalism, attention to detail, and a passion for delivering outstanding customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Guest Service: Greet guests with a warm smile and a genuine welcome, using the guest's name whenever possible.
  • Direction and Assistance: Proactively offer directions and assistance to guests, ensuring they feel supported and cared for throughout their stay.
  • Service Behaviors: Demonstrate fundamental service behaviors during all guest interactions, including maintaining eye contact and using a friendly tone.
  • Communication: Clearly explain parking options, entitlements, and privileges to guests, ensuring they understand their options and feel informed.
  • Vehicle Management: Take control of arriving and departing vehicles, directing ambassadors and guests to designated parking areas.
  • Driveway Management: Ensure the driveway is clear of congestion and that vehicles are not left parked for extended periods.
