This established agribusiness is in growth mode. To support this, we need a risk and sustainability professional to design and implement a strategy.

The ideal candidate will have experience leading enterprise risk management and implementing effective mitigation strategies. They will be able to identify and assess potential risks in complex environments, using data analysis and reporting tools.

We are looking for a consultative leader who can engage and influence stakeholders at all levels, business functions and locations. The role requires strong communication and change management skills, with the ability to provide solutions to complex problems.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying and evaluating all potential risks across the business, including operational, financial, regulatory, reputational, and strategy
  • Communicating and educating stakeholders on assessments, plans and mitigation
  • Continuously assessing and improving enterprise risk management processes and methodologies
  • Championing sustainability initiatives and communicating them to stakeholders

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in risk management, finance, business or a related field, and postgraduate qualifications in governance, risk and sustainability are highly regarded.

Substantial travel through ANZ will be required in year one, with the option to work from home if not based in Brisbane, Auckland or Toowoomba.
