Job Title

Our company is seeking an Electrical Maintenance Technician with expertise in solar PV systems to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop technical drawings, layout plans, and diagrams for electrical systems and installations.
  • Support engineering teams in planning and configuring electrical infrastructure, including substations, motor control systems, cable routes, and switchgear setups.
  • Collect technical data, conduct field and lab tests, and perform analytical calculations to support project design and implementation.
  • Estimate quantities and costs of materials and components needed for projects.
  • Review work and technical designs to ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and project specifications.
  • Install, test, maintain, calibrate, and adjust electrical equipment and systems following safety and compliance guidelines.
  • Assist in workshop tasks such as assembly and wiring of protection systems, meters, and indicator devices.
  • Contribute to research and testing activities to support innovation and improvement of electrical solutions.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in electrical maintenance and installation.
  • Strong understanding of solar PV systems and technology.
  • Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and documents.
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
  • Capacity to work at heights and in confined spaces.
