Key Position

Work as a trainee in anaesthetics and participate in providing anaesthetic services in the Interventional Suite, Labour Ward, and Radiology Department.

The ideal candidate will hold a medical degree, be registrable with AHPRA, and have at least one year of experience in Anaesthetics.

  • Hold a medical degree (MBBS or equivalent)
  • Demonstrate clinical practice as a registered medical practitioner for at least two years, with progress towards career goals in Anaesthetics or Critical Care
  • Have at least one year of experience in Anaesthetics

Responsibilities include assisting in Preadmission Clinics, Acute Pain Service, and Clinical Emergency Response Service (CERs).

The successful candidate will receive supervision from senior medical staff to ensure responsibilities match their clinical experience and adhere to ANZCA guidelines.

Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities and contribute to quality improvement initiatives within the department.
