Job Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled Service Installation Specialist to join our team. As a key member, you will be responsible for performing installations, repairs and maintenance of water filtration systems.

  • Troubleshoot using technical manuals, computerised diagnostics and general experience.
  • Conduct assessments for customers and work closely with our customer care team to ensure jobs are completed efficiently.
  • Liaise with the service team to identify sales opportunities and follow up on new business leads.
Key Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A proven track record as a Service Installation Specialist including installations, repairs and maintenance.
  • A valid plumbing licence and a current driver's licence.
  • Demonstrated expertise in fault finding and diagnostics.
  • The ability to deliver exceptional customer service and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Excellent time management skills in a fast-paced dynamic environment.
