Installation Specialist

We are seeking an individual to join our team as an Installation Specialist. The successful candidate will assist clients with the installation or servicing of medical alarm devices in their homes.

The selected candidate will have the opportunity to make a valuable impact on people's lives by providing them with independence and peace of mind for themselves and their families.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent interpersonal skills, patience, and the ability to build rapport with clients. Prior experience working with vulnerable populations is desirable but not required, as full training will be provided.

This role requires the ability to use an iPad, drive, and travel between clients' homes. Key responsibilities include:

  • Liaising with our Emergency Response team to ensure devices are fully functional and communication is effective.
  • Establishing strong relationships with clients, including those who are elderly or vulnerable, and their families.
