Student Progression Officer

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Student Progression Officer to join our team.

About the role:
  • This is an exciting opportunity for an individual who can provide high-level administrative support and specialist student advice for course progression, leading to graduation.
  • The successful candidate will contribute to the continual improvement of student administrative processes to positively affect student outcomes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Tailor responses to clients from diverse backgrounds and communicate effectively;
  • Ensure attention to detail and possess computer and time management skills;
  • Demonstrate a genuine desire to help students complete their academic journey;
  • Ability to work with complex rules and policies and communicate these clearly;
  • Able to work independently under general directions.

To be successful in this role, you will have the following skills and qualifications:

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work with complex data and systems;
  • Experience in providing high-level administrative support;
  • Knowledge of education policies and procedures;
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment.
