Key Responsibilities:
  • Inventory Management: Assist in managing receiving and put-away functions, monitor backorders, and perform cycle count processes.
  • Inventory Adjustments: Correctly process inventory adjustments and maintain accurate records.
  • Lot Blocking and RAQA Support: Manage lot blocking and provide support to RAQA as required.
  • Warehouse Operations: Oversee receipt of stock, stock adjustments, obsolete stock, end-of-month processes, and quarantine of unsaleable stock.
  • Consumables and Resupply: Manage warehouse consumables, including generation of purchase orders for resupply.
  • Customer Service: Handle customer inquiries and complaints, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality service.
  • Risk Management: Ensure adherence to risk management processes and company policies, including WH&S regulations.
  • KPI Reporting: Provide regular KPI reporting as required to ensure business objectives are met.
