Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Inventory Management Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will play a central role in ensuring the right stock gets to the right place, at the right time, every time.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Plan and manage inventory across a national distribution network by coordinating with suppliers, freight partners, warehouses, and internal teams to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Raise and manage local and international purchase orders with accuracy and timeliness to meet business demands.
  • Coordinate overseas shipments, landed cost calculations, and container receipting to minimize logistical challenges.
  • Monitor inventory health and execute stock transfers across warehouses to maintain efficient inventory flow.
  • Report supply insights through Business Intelligence Tools (BI) to support data-driven decisions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • 3-5 years of experience in purchasing, inventory planning, or supply chain roles with a proven track record of maintaining optimal stock levels while hitting performance metrics.
  • Strong ERP and planning system experience (Sage and Netstock is highly desirable).
  • High attention to detail, excellent planning skills, and strong commercial awareness to drive business growth.
  • Confident communicator who builds collaborative relationships with vendors, warehouse teams, and internal stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset with intermediate to advanced Excel skills to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • A continuous improvement mindset to challenge the status quo and look for smarter ways to work.
