Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and service-focused individual to join our team as an Inventory Management Specialist based in Adelaide. As an integral part of our operations, you will be responsible for providing, picking, receiving, processing, storing, and dispatching aeronautical products.

Key Responsibilities:

  • To maintain accurate records of all inventory transactions and stock levels.
  • To load and unload stock efficiently.
  • To ensure aeronautical parts are checked and airworthiness documents are in place.
  • To undertake regular stock take processes.
  • To work in accordance with airworthiness requirements.
  • To identify and act on opportunities for improvement.
  • To take all reasonable steps to ensure own safety and the safety of others.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in warehouse/spares/inventory management in a maintenance/engineering and/or manufacturing environment.
  • A current LF Forklift license and High Risk Work License.
  • Familiarity with shipping procedures and systems - DHL, FedEx, Toll, and/or others.
  • High attention to detail.
  • Experience using inventory management IT systems.
  • High-level skills in Information Technology packages such as Microsoft Office and Outlook.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proven experience and results with respect to continuous improvement.
