Job Opportunity

We are seeking an exceptional educational leader to join our team as a Director of English Curriculum.

This role is pivotal in shaping the educational vision within both the Senior Learning Community and Virtual Learning Community, aligning with our mission, values, and explicit improvement agenda.

The successful candidate will spearhead the systematic delivery of a high-quality English curriculum grounded in a Biblical Worldview.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive English curriculum aligned with our vision and values
  • Foster improvement in student outcomes through effective pedagogical practices, data-informed decision-making, and differentiated teaching and learning
  • Provide coaching and mentoring to staff members to enhance their teaching practices
  • Collaborate with other faculty members to ensure consistency and coherence in the delivery of the English curriculum
