This is a key role within our organization, requiring strong technical and analytical skills. As a Trade Desk Specialist, you will play a critical part in ensuring the smooth operation of our trading systems.

The successful candidate will have direct interaction with traders, as well as administrative and operational tasks. This position requires exceptional support and problem-solving skills, with the ability to monitor systems and troubleshoot issues when necessary.

You will act as a liaison between stakeholders, including global and regional securities firms, vendors, exchange operators, and internal business and technology teams. Your primary responsibility will be to provide prompt actions to market events and client requests.

Your day-to-day activities will include:

  • Participating in the monitoring and running of the Cboe Australia Trading Platform
  • Analysing client requests and articulating resultant tasks to teams within Cboe Australia
  • Understanding Cboe Australia trading attributes and interfaces and helping educate such concepts to the client base and colleagues

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also take ownership of projects through to conclusion, displaying a 'self-starter' initiative. This will involve identifying process improvement opportunities and implementing technical solutions.
