Project Coordinator

An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced individual to assume a Project Coordinator role in a dynamic team environment.

  • Must possess trade qualifications with a sound understanding of the manufacturing sector, particularly in production, packaging, and distribution machinery and associated equipment.

The successful candidate will have senior-level experience in mechanical engineering and fabrication, including qualifications such as Fitter, Fitter Technician, Automation technician, Maintenance Fitter or similar. Additionally, they will possess well-rounded knowledge of materials handling technology and excellent communication skills to facilitate client discussions relating to solution concepts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordination of Project and Maintenance services to existing and new clients.
  • Preparation of written estimations and quotation documents.
  • Assistance in Contract development opportunities and support for ongoing client management.
  • Coordination and direct collaboration with project managers, CAD teams, and trades on site-based and workshop projects.
  • Close coordination with management, trades, clients, and suppliers to provide service support wherever required.
