Operational Site Coordinator

We are seeking a results-driven operations professional to support our manufacturing teams in driving business success.
Key Responsibilities:- Conduct inventory audits for raw materials, packaging, and finished goods.
- Manage the procurement process, including requisitions, invoice processing, coding, and budget alignment.
- Oversee CHEP accounts and Rapid Induct systems.
- Collaborate with the Centralised Purchasing Team.
- Drive site culture initiatives and deliver comprehensive administrative support to the site team.
- Handle front-of-house duties, including greeting visitors, managing calls, mail, deliveries, amenities, and site functions.
- Order stationery and manage site security access cards.
- Maintain up-to-date documentation through efficient document filing processes.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless communication.
- Provide administrative support for GMP audits.
- Occasional travel to sites as required.
- Minimum 2 years of administration experience.
- Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft office products.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to work quickly and accurately while meeting deadlines.
- Desirable: Minimum 1 year experience working with SAP.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal skills.
