About the Role

We're seeking a Technical Engagement Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a vital role in empowering businesses to create exceptional customer experiences.

Your primary focus will be on partnering with our Account Executives and Principal SC to assess prospect goals and develop tailored solution strategies. You will deliver engaging demos, technical presentations, and RFP responses that resonate with various audiences.

You will explore prospects' technical stacks and showcase Iterable's capabilities through integration demonstrations using our SDKs, APIs, and partner ecosystem. Additionally, you will provide ongoing support throughout the sales cycle, from initial discovery to successful handover to our Services team.

To excel in this role, you will need to build and maintain technical assets, demo environments, and enablement resources to facilitate scaling efforts across APAC. Collaboration with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams is essential to shape the future of our organization based on customer feedback.

Requirements include 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, technical consulting, or solution engineering roles (SaaS or MarTech preferred), or 5+ years as a marketing practitioner with strong technical exposure. We are looking for individuals who are technically curious, comfortable explaining complex concepts, and excited to learn continuously.

Experience working with customer data platforms (CDPs), ESPs, analytics tools, mobile/web SDKs, or composable MarTech stacks is a plus. The ability to thrive in fast-paced environments and contribute to building something innovative is crucial.
