Account Manager Role Overview

We are seeking an accomplished professional to spearhead the growth and development of key accounts in Australia and New Zealand, focusing on driving strategic business objectives.

Main Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute expansion initiatives with the commercial team, identifying new business opportunities and potential growth through market insights and competitive analysis.
  • Nurture existing and new customer relationships, cultivating long-term growth pipelines and robust account partnerships with distributors and end-users.
  • Maintain and analyze sales performance metrics, making adjustments as needed to achieve overall revenue targets and market share goals.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to design and implement marketing activities for brand awareness and market share gain.
  • Establish strong relationships with select key accounts and customers, conducting regular visits and calls to ensure pipeline management and future sales opportunities.
Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A proven track record of successfully demonstrating and selling technical equipment at a high level.
  • A minimum of 10 years of progressive leadership experience in a technical/industrial environment.
  • An analytical and data-driven problem solver with exceptional business acumen and technical/engineering knowledge.
  • Ability to build strong executive and peer relationships, influencing others to achieve objectives.
