Job Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Operations Executive to lead our operational performance across a high-performing team of 60+ individuals, overseeing daily operations and project delivery.

Key Responsibilities
  • Operational Leadership: Manage multiple departments including sales teams and offshore support teams.
  • Team Management: Directly manage middle managers while influencing and supporting a broader team of over 60 individuals.
  • Process & Systems Oversight: Contribute to company-wide initiatives such as CRM implementation, workflow automation, and AI projects.
  • Commercial Decision Making: Make agile decisions regarding fees and client discounts.
  • Project Delivery: Oversee ongoing projects including onboarding standardisation and tech integrations.
  • Revenue Monitoring: Track deal flow management across property transactions.
  • Growth & Expansion: Partner with leadership to drive revenue growth and business expansion.
  • Financial Oversight: Oversee contractor commissions, supplier invoices, and payroll processing.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in Financial Services or related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or related field (MBA desirable).
