Key to our success lies in the role of our IT Infrastructure & Operations Manager. This highly skilled professional will oversee daily operations, ensuring high performance, availability, and security.

The ideal candidate will be able to balance operational oversight with transformation programs and stakeholder collaboration.

  • Lead daily operations of infrastructure, driving efficiency and productivity.
  • Oversee a team of ~9 infrastructure engineers and the Service Desk function, fostering a strong customer service culture.
  • Drive cloud adoption and modernisation of legacy systems in line with enterprise architecture and security standards.
  • Collaborate with internal business leaders, group infrastructure and security teams, and key technology partners.
  • Manage IT operations to ensure compliance, continuity, and continuous improvement.
  • Lead infrastructure-related projects, contributing to business innovation and digital transformation.
  • Own and maintain IT Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery planning and execution.
  • Provide regular reporting on infrastructure performance, service metrics, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Required Skills:
  • Proven experience as an Infrastructure Operations Manager in an SME.
  • Solid technical expertise in Windows & Linux enterprise infrastructure, Azure, SD-WAN, Office 365, Active Directory, ServiceNow, and hybrid cloud technologies.
  • Strong grasp of cybersecurity, authentication protocols, and governance standards.
  • Excellent leadership, prioritisation, and communication skills.
  • A proactive mindset with the ability to balance 'keeping the lights on' with strategic enhancements.
  • Exposure to Infor M3, BI platforms, and SaaS applications is highly desirable.
