Key Responsibilities

  • Promoting a positive union culture with experienced operators and trade professionals.
Required Skills and Qualifications

The company is seeking a dynamic operational leader with experience leading large field-based teams, strong industrial relations knowledge, and an operational leadership background from infrastructure, utilities, construction, or heavy industry.
