Executive Support Officer

Role Summary:
The Executive Support Officer is a key role within NRM North, responsible for providing high-level administrative support to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and other senior executives. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide efficient and effective executive support to the CEO and other senior executives, including coordination of meetings, travel arrangements, and correspondence.
- Provide high-level professional secretariat support to NRM North's Management Committee, subcommittees, and senior management team, including development of agendas, assembly of meeting papers, minute taking, and other supporting documentation.
- Manage daily workflow and competing requests in a fast-paced environment, ensuring timely and accurate completion of tasks.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues in a professional and discreet manner.
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including senior executives, board members, and external partners.
Requirements:
- Minimum Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent and/or relevant experience (minimum 2 years' experience in a similar PA/EA role, or similar position at an Executive level).
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-level, professional, and confidential executive support in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to set priorities and manage competing demands.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy, with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues.
- Good judgment, initiative, and the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels, both within NRM North and external stakeholders.
