Job SummaryThe Executive Support Officer is responsible for providing efficient and effective executive support to the CEO and other senior management team members. This role involves coordinating organizational executive support functions, providing high-level professional secretariat support to the Management Committee and subcommittees, and managing daily workflow and competing requests.
Key Responsibilities- Provide high-level executive support to the CEO and other senior management team members.
- Coordinate organizational executive support functions, including development of agendas, assembly of meeting papers, minute taking, and other supporting documentation.
- Provide board and committee secretariat duties, including development of agendas, assembly of meeting papers, minute taking, and other supporting documentation.
- Manage daily workflow and competing requests in a fast-paced environment.
- Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive issues in a professional and discreet manner.
- Develop and maintain effective relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Minimum Certificate IV in Business Administration or equivalent and/or relevant experience (minimum 2 years' experience in a similar PA/EA role, or similar position at an Executive level).
- Demonstrated ability to provide high-level, professional and confidential executive support in a fast-paced environment.
- Demonstrated experience in providing board and committee secretariat duties, including development of agendas, assembly of meeting papers, minute taking, and other supporting documentation.
- Excellent organizational skills, with the ability to set priorities and manage competing requests.
- Good judgment, initiative, and the ability to deal effectively with people at all levels.
