ICU Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Intensive Care Unit (ICU) nurse to join our team in a busy level 3 ICU. This is an exciting opportunity for a dedicated and compassionate nurse who is passionate about delivering high-quality patient care.
The successful candidate will have at least two years of ICU nursing experience and a strong track record of providing exceptional care to patients with complex needs. They will also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality patient care to patients with complex medical conditions
- Develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each patient
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless delivery of care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care and progress
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance knowledge and skills
Requirements:
- Degree in Nursing or equivalent qualification
- At least two years of ICU nursing experience
- ALS accreditation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
