Job Title: Chief Executive

Role Overview

The Chief Executive will lead the organization under the guidance of its Board, working with various emergency service organizations to provide necessary resources and support to volunteers and employees.

Key responsibilities include developing a risk-based Emergency Management Framework, collaborating with stakeholders to initiate sector improvements, and maintaining key capabilities such as Public Information and Warning Systems.

Requirements
  • Dynamic and outward-focused leader with relevant experience and expertise
  • Ability to work closely with Chief Officers of various emergency services
  • Engagement with volunteer associations and unions
