In this pivotal role, reporting directly to the General Manager, you will engage strategically with Franchise owners to support and advance business goals across various domains, including operations, finance, and customer service. Your responsibilities will include:
- Establishing best practice protocols and conducting comprehensive business evaluations to enhance store performance.
- Analyzing workflow and repair efficiencies to optimize operations.
- Utilizing your expertise in the collision repair and insurance sectors to pinpoint areas for enhancement.
As part of a dynamic team, you will partner with franchises to:
- Ensure adherence to compliance and brand standards.
- Provide proactive support to your branch network.
The ideal candidate will possess a robust understanding of the panel and collision repair sector and demonstrate the following qualities:
