Empowering Lives: Support Worker Role

We are seeking Support Workers who share our commitment to empowering individuals with disabilities to lead fulfilling lives.
The role involves providing person-centred support, enabling participants to achieve their goals and aspirations. Key responsibilities include:
- Providing physical and emotional support to participants in daily activities
- Assisting with personal care and hygiene needs
- Supporting participants to access community facilities and engage in social activities
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication skills and ability to build rapport with participants
- A compassionate and empathetic approach, with a strong work ethic
- A driver's licence and full comprehensive car insurance
As an employee, you will be required to undergo a screening process, including reference checks and a Police Check. You will also be required to have obtained relevant certifications, such as First Aid/CPR and NDIS Worker Check.
