Cibaria Manly is an exciting new beachside Italian haven, offering a unique blend of delicious food, refreshing drinks, and warm hospitality.

We're seeking a skilled Restaurant Host to join our dynamic team, helping us to bring the Cibaria experience to life. As a key member of our front-of-house team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring every guest has a memorable dining experience.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Taking reservations and responding to guest inquiries
  • Greeting and seating guests with a smile and making them feel welcome
  • Managing the front desk and maintaining the smooth flow of the dining room
  • Supporting the team to deliver exceptional service and maintain high standards

To be successful in this role, you'll need to have excellent communication skills, a warm and welcoming demeanor, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Previous experience in a front-of-house hospitality role is essential, along with a current NSW RSA Certificate and fluency in English.
