Facilities Maintenance Professional

We are seeking a skilled Facilities Maintenance Professional to join our team. This full-time position is based at our Southhaven aged care home in Padstow NSW.

The successful candidate will work as part of a close-knit team that takes pride in maintaining the facility to a high standard. The role offers great work-life balance, with hours from Monday to Friday, 7am to approximately 3pm.

The hourly rate for this position is $33 per hour, negotiable for the right candidate. Additionally, a fortnightly phone allowance is provided.

Key responsibilities for this role include:

  • ">
  • Undertake general day-to-day maintenance activities to a high standard, in accordance with Infinite standards, plans and guidelines">
  • Ensure all emergency, preventative and corrective maintenance is carried out in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements">
  • Oversight and coordination of required contractors working on site">
  • Ensure smooth day-to-day running of all maintenance requirements at the facility">
  • Exceptional client service skills to ensure success in the role">
  • Flexibility to undertake a wide scope of activities, including landscaping and garden maintenance, general repairs, waste removal, painting and test and tagging (training can be provided after commencement)">

About You

The ideal candidate will have previous gardening and maintenance experience, OHS understanding and excellent time management skills, enabling prioritization of work schedules.

A self-starter with strong customer service focus, organizational and communication skills, and ability to multi-task is essential for success in this role.

">

A valid NDIS Workers Screening Clearance is required (or willingness to apply).

">

We are looking for a positive 'can do' attitude to drive success in this important role.

">

As part of being an Infinite Aged Care employee, you will be required to complete pre-employment checks.
