This role is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of multiple food and beverage outlets. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, leading and motivating teams, and driving business growth.
As Senior Restaurant Operations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Managing daily outlet operations to ensure seamless execution of services
- Developing and implementing strategies to improve service quality, efficiency, and customer satisfaction
- Supervising and supporting staff to ensure adherence to service standards and company policies
- Handling guest inquiries, requests, and complaints professionally and efficiently
- Conducting regular staff training sessions to enhance skills and product knowledge
- Maintaining excellent relationships with vendors and suppliers
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar role within a fast-paced, high-end restaurant environment
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverage operations, including wine and beverage service
- Proven experience with point of sale systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong understanding of inventory management and cost control principles
- Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred
- Responsible Service of Alcohol certification
- Exceptional communication and organisational skills
- Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate teams in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm and courteous while focusing on guest needs
- Knowledge of health and safety regulations in the food service industry
- Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Passion for delivering exceptional customer service and creating memorable dining experiences
