This is a full-time opportunity that requires a strong background in property management or facilities management. You will work closely with our property developers, project managers, and site managers to ensure that all properties are well-maintained and operational.

The successful candidate will have a proven track record of managing projects and budgets, as well as experience in coordinating with real estate projects and programs. You will also be responsible for ensuring that new sites are ready to be opened and operational, and for assisting in preparing detailed construction cost estimates and documentation.

Key responsibilities will include:

  • Managing property maintenance and ongoing facilities management
  • Coordinating project teams with diverse skill sets and responsibilities
  • Developing and managing project schedules, activities, and budgets
  • Overseeing all project communications, including status updates and progress reports
  • Managing the selection process and performance of consultants, contractors, and other external vendors
  • Collaborating with key stakeholders to educate and communicate changes related to future workplace and cultural aspirations

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management or a related field
  • Proven experience in managing projects and budgets to meet deadlines and resource constraints
  • Ability to work independently and effectively supervise consultants and contractors
  • Business degree preferred, but not essential
  • Experience in Project Management
