Customer Service Role Overview:We are seeking a customer-focused individual to join our vibrant contact centre team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for engaging with customers through high volumes of inbound calls, emails and web chat inquiries.Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle high volumes of inbound calls, emails and web chat inquiries from customers.
  • Provide exceptional customer service across all channels: phone, email, and webchats.
  • Manage high volume service related inquiries: orders, refunds, account and general inquiries and feedback.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve sales targets and provide excellent customer experience.
Requirements:
  • Passionate go-getters: Are you driven by a passion to connect with customers and make a real difference?
  • Communication superstars: You've got the gift of gab, but you're also a great listener and can convey your thoughts clearly in writing. Strong verbal, listening, and written communication skills are a must.
  • Customer service champs: Whether you've been serving customers in a call centre, restaurant, or any other industry, you know how to deliver exceptional customer service. Your experience will be a big plus.
Availability:

This role requires full availability across Mon-Sun with rostering across 7am - 6pm. Can you commit to this fully?

This role is fully onsite Mon-Fri for the first 3-6 months in Brendale. Hybrid may be after once proven competent in role. Can you commit to the first 6 months onsite in Brendale?
