About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our KinCare team in Hornsby. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in supporting our customers to live independently at home for longer.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and maintaining a safe and beautiful living environment for our customers.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping, ensuring our customers have access to nutritious food and essential items.
  • Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities, helping our customers stay engaged and connected with their community.
  • Provide personal care, including assisting with mobility, therapy goals, and medication management.
  • Offer respite and emotional support, providing a listening ear and a helping hand when needed.
  • Transport customers to appointments, ensuring they can access essential services and maintain their independence.

What We're Looking For
  • A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle.
