About the Role:
We're seeking an experienced Home Care Worker to join our team in Hobart. As a Home Care Worker with KinCare, you'll have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our customers.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and domestic assistance to our customers, enabling them to live independently at home for longer.
- Assist with meal preparation and shopping, providing social support and transport to lifestyle activities.
- Deliver complex care for customers with high care needs, such as dementia, with patience, compassion, and understanding.

What We're Looking For:
- 6 months or more experience as a support or care worker, including personal care skills.
- A current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle – travel is part of the role.
- The ability to work independently, finding solutions to everyday problems and knowing when to ask for help.
